Prairie Woods on the go! The Big Canoe, the Prairie Woods Pinnacle- mobile rockclimbing tower, the enviro-puppet theatre and the Yellow Boats Project will be busy throughout the region this summer getting kids up off of the couch and into the great outdoors. Directions from the North:
From Hwy 23 turn West (right) on Hwy 9 into New London (Country Stop Gas Station & A&W on the corner).
School on Left side - turn Left on County Hwy 40 NE (after the school)
First rd on Left after school, County Rd 9 NE, turn Left
Go past Prairie Woods Elementary School, Go past Living Word Church
Turn Right on 157th Ave. NE - very curvy road, changes to 165th Ave. NE
At the stop sign, go across Hwy 71 construction & continue straight. Also a curvy road
At "T" intersection, take a Left onto 10th St.NE
Follow 10th St. NE until you arrive a Prairie Woods Envionmental Learning Center on your Right.
And, directions from the South:
From Hwy 23 take the exit for County Rd 9 NE. Turn Left onto County Rd 9 NE
First 4-way intersection, turn Left onto County Rd. 27 NE
At the stop sign, go across Hwy 71 construction & continue straight on County Rd. 27 NE
First road on your Right, 11th St. NE/29, turn Right - it is a gravel road
At "T" intersection turn Left 10th St/122nd Ave.
